We are looking for an experienced CNC Turner to join a precision engineering team in Larkhall. This role would suit someone confident programming, setting and operating CNC lathes using Fanuc controls.
Responsibilities:- Program, set and operate CNC turning machines using Fanuc controls.
- Produce precision components to engineering drawings.
- Select tooling and adjust machining parameters.
- Inspect finished components using measuring equipment.
- Maintain quality standards and a safe, tidy working area.
- Previous experience as a CNC Turner.
- Knowledge of Fanuc programming, setting and operating.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Confidence using precision measuring equipment.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Up to £21 per hour, depending on experience.
- Day shift working.
- Based in Larkhall.
