Real Fi is building the next generation of stablecoin infrastructure — a productive, yield-bearing stablecoin (USDr) backed by diversified, institutional-grade private credit. While first launching on Cardano, Real Fi is designed as a cross-chain yield layer, expanding to EVM ecosystems and later Solana, integrating directly with leading DeFi protocols, exchanges, and liquidity venues. Our mission is to transform stable coins from idle digital dollars into productive economic infrastructure — safely, transparently, and at scale.
JobPurpose
The Marketing Lead is responsible for defining, owning, and scaling Real Fi's market narrative, positioning, and credibility from pre-launch through long-term growth. This role serves as the strategic steward of the company's external perception, ensuring Real Fi is understood, trusted, and valued across all key stakeholders. This is a senior marketing position focused on building durable trust, defining category leadership, strengthening capital market confidence, and establishing long-term brand equity.
It is not a tactical growth or community-only role, but a mandate to shape how Real Fi is positioned within the broader DeFi and financial ecosystem. The Marketing Lead will drive how Real Fi is perceived by DeFi power users, institutional investors, exchanges and ecosystem partners, as well as regulators, analysts, and the wider market, ensuring clarity, credibility, and consistency at every stage of the company's evolution.
- Narrative, Positioning & Category Definition
- Define and own the core protocol narrative, including positioning around productive stable coins, private credit, and yield infrastructure
- Translate complex concepts, risk layers, yield mechanics, and credit structures into clear, accurate, and compelling messaging
- Ensure narrative consistency across investor materials, website, product UX, and public communications
- Launch & Growth Marketing
- Lead marketing strategy and execution for major launches and expansions, including new chains, ecosystems, and integrations
- Design launch plans that prioritise credibility, long-term capital formation, and sustainable usage over speculative activity
- Partner closely with product, GTM, and capital markets teams to align messaging with real functionality and economic design
- Content & Thought Leadership
- Establish the protocol as a thought leader in productive stable coins, tokenized private credit, and institutional De Fi
- Own content strategy across long-form research, explainers, blogs, whitepapers, reports, and executive communications
- Ensure all content reflects authority, precision, and signal-not-noise
- Ecosystem & Partner Marketing
- Develop co-marketing strategies with protocols, exchanges, wallets, and infrastructure partners
- Support GTM initiatives with co-launch campaigns and clear articulation of partner value propositions
- Shape incentive narratives that are economically sound and usage-driven, avoiding shallow engagement mechanics
- Brand, Trust & Reputation Management
- Build and protect the brand as institutional-grade, risk-aware, transparent, and long-term oriented
- Own crisis, risk, and corrective communications when required
- Ensure marketing never over-promises on yield, timelines, or risk exposure
- Marketing Systems & Standards
- Define and maintain standards for messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity
- Work selectively with agencies while keeping strategic ownership in-house
- Influence future marketing capability build-out through scalable frameworks and practices
- Education / Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, Finance, or related field/topic
- Advanced degree or professional training (preferred but not required)
- Equivalent practical experience considered
- Tally 8-10+ years of experience in marketing within crypto, fintech, capital markets, or financial infrastructure
- Proven experience marketing DeFi protocols, stable coins, yield products, or financial platforms
- Strong understanding of EVM ecosystems and how narratives propagate in De Fi
- Demonstrated ability to market complex financial products with discipline and credibility
- Experience supporting major launches, integrations, or exchange listings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly long-form and strategic content
- Exposure to institutional crypto, RWAs, or private credit products (strong plus)
