We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and beautifully presented hotel located in the G72 9UE
area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join a growing kitchen brigade within a supportive and professional environment.

The property has a strong reputation and a positive team culture, offering a collaborative, family-oriented atmosphere in the kitchen. With continued growth and investment in the team, this is an exciting time to join the business and contribute to its ongoing development.

• Position:
  Chef de Partie (Permanent)

• Working approximately 45 hours per week

• Currently 5 days from 7

• Planned transition to a 4 days on / 3 days off rota once the full kitchen team is established

• Previous experience at Chef de Partie level

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a brigade

• Passionate about quality food and maintaining high standards

• £28,000-£30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
