An exciting opportunity has come up for an ecommerce manager to join a luxury retailer in Malta. This role will see you manage the end-to-end ecommerce operations for the group across the own website and marketplaces.
The role- Manage the current ecommerce site, while launching new platforms alongside.
- Improve checkout processes and online conversion.
- Map customer touch points and improve user experience.
- Work alongside marketing, IT, and supply teams.
- Previous experience in ecommerce management, specifically with launching new sites.
- Background in fashion retail.
- Able to use Shopify and other ecommerce platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
