Music and Entertainment Department Volunteer (Home and Fashion Superstore)

Love music, films or gaming? We’re looking for knowledgeable and enthusiastic volunteers to help sort, price and display our wide range of donated CDs, DVDs and games in our shop. This is an opportunity to share your love of music or film or to get a taster of a career in retail while helping us create a world free from the fear of heart disease.

Just so you know, we are unable to accept volunteers aged under 17 or with unspent criminal convictions.

This is an unpaid voluntary position in a friendly charity shop.

• Keeping our music and entertainment department fully stocked and organised on the sales floor and behind the scenes in our stock room
• Sorting out donations of CDs, DVDs and games, checking discs for scratches and recycling those that are damaged
• Sharing your love of music and film with customers whilst on the sales floor
• Following our guidelines to value and price donated CDs, DVDs and games

• A 25% discount on donated goods and 10% discount on New Goods in our shops
• Unlimited, free, and confidential support by Retail Trust
