Retail Shift Manager

Overview

As a Retail Shift Manager at Lidl, you’ll help us maintain our high standards day after day. From motivating your team to taking responsibility for the shop floor, you’ll keep our store running like clockwork.

£ per hour
; £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts.

• Manage store operations, supporting colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
• Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to ensure shifts run smoothly.
