Salary: £20k Basic with OTE £40k+ Uncapped Earning Potential
Hours: 5-Day Working Week

We have an exciting opening for an experienced automotive sales executive to join the Park’s Motor Group team. You will work a 5‑day week, receiving training to equip you for every aspect of the customer experience across our 28 world‑class brands.

As a family‑run business, we provide comprehensive training to help you kick‑start, thrive, and advance within the group.

• Convert telephone, digital and showroom visitors into Park’s customers, building lasting relationships.
• Use systems and databases to check vehicle availability that suits the customer’s needs and interests.
• Liaise with product experts to provide detailed information about potential new vehicles and arrange outstanding test drive experiences.
• Assist customers with paperwork to finalise the sale, offering relevant add‑on packages.
• Communicate with customers to keep them updated on order progress.
• Conduct pre‑delivery inspections, ensuring a flawless hand‑over experience.
• Work as a team player to meet sales targets set in your dealership.
