In this pivotal role, you will be entrusted with managing a portfolio of key accounts, consistently surpassing sales targets, and fostering enduring client relationships. Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Drive profitable growth and maintain a balanced sales and services portfolio.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts (within ±5%) and a healthy pipeline.
  • Organise and lead client meetings, building strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely responses and high satisfaction.
  • Utilise CRM systems for accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Develop sales strategies based on industry trends and market conditions.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Continuously seek professional development and adapt strategies based on feedback and market dynamics.
Key skills and experience required
  • Business Development:
    Ability to identify, develop, and deliver new business opportunities, and maintain account plans.
  • Sales Cycle Management:
    Proficient in managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, including forecasting and client relationship management.
  • Technology Business Acumen:
    Strong analytical skills, able to make commercial decisions based on financial data and market insights.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    Proactively manage and engage stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment with project goals.
