Customer Service Sales Specialist

We are looking for an organised, energetic, motivated individual to join a growing sales team in a fast paced and fun environment.

Must have great attention to detail, proficient with IT systems, administrative tasks and provide excellent client care. We are a family like workplace and have the attitude or work hard - play hard.

Sales experience is essential as the role will be the first point of contact for the client enquiry and may include face to face sales presentations.

• Handle new enquiries and complete data entry
• Prospect and qualify sales leads
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new prospects and existing clients
• Understand and assess enquiry needs
• Schedule and manage appointments
• Secure and close sales opportunities
• Update records and process client paperwork
