Salary& Bonus Package
- £25,000 basic salary
- Complete on target earnings of £42,000 per year
- Additional commission scheme

Full-time: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm four weekdays per week, and 9:00 am – 5:00 pm every Saturday.

- A one-week programme at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre in Colchester (fully-paid hotel stay where applicable)
- An additional second week at the L&D Centre within your first five‑to‑six weeks of employment
- Ensure daily/weekly/monthly business targets are met.
- Act as custodian of the Spicerhaart Ways for valuation generation activities within the branch.
- Communicate proactive outbound calls through ROSIE software, maintaining engagement with valuation opportunities.
- Ensure all call‑out campaigns targeting properties for sale are fulfilled and ROSIE operating standards are maintained.
- Attend morning meetings prepared with updates on the valuation pipeline.
- Lead canvassing as Canvassing Champion, implementing structured door‑knocking and zonal canvassing strategy, tracking new listings, withdrawn properties, and opportunities to generate leads. Utilize ROSIE appropriately.
- Engage in daily 1:1 meetings with line manager for coaching and business development.
- Manage and respond to portal opportunities via Rightmove Opportunity Manager and On The Market Valuation Manager.
- Handle intranet leads daily.
- Use ROSIE to keep Local Owner to Sell (LOTS) customers informed, aiming to close valuation opportunities.
- Generate referral business through first-class customer engagement.
- Engage in canvassing and prospecting (social media, door‑knocking, telephone, leaflet) to build personal brand.
- Take inbound calls ensuring registration fulfillment and identifying opportunities for valuations, viewings and financial services.

- Full, clean UK driving licence.
- Access to own vehicle in good condition.
- Provide proof of business insurance for vehicle before starting.

- Basic IT proficiency and keen eye for detail.
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK per Immigration, Asylum, and Nationality Act 2006.
