- Location: Gainsborough, London or Scotland
We’re looking for a dynamic and client-focused Account Executive to join our fast-paced team. You’ll play a key role in strengthening client relationships and driving revenue through excellent service delivery and strategic account growth.
Description of RoleKey Responsibilities
- Build proactive relationships with clients, ensuring regular communication regarding existing bookings, future opportunities and any services updates.
- Achieve revenue growth targets for assigned accounts.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling any queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor client satisfaction and work closely with internal teams to address any issues, ensuring the highest level of service and customer retention.
- Improve inbound quote-to-conversion ratio.
Sales and Business Development:
- Actively seek out new opportunities within your client list, securing further work and projects.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client’s needs and preferences, tailoring services and offerings to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding the client base and increasing sales.
Quoting and Scheduling:
- Handle inbound inquiries and create quotes using the company’s quoting software.
- Add jobs to the scheduling system, ensuring accurate and timely entry of all necessary information.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless coordination of services for clients.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Use Pipedrive CRM to manage client accounts effectively and identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present reports on client and revenue progress to senior management.
- Keep up-to-date with industry news and developments, sharing insights with the team and clients as appropriate.
Person requirements
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using relevant software applications for quoting and scheduling.
- A proactive and results-driven approach, with a focus on continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, reactive environment.
- Willingness to travel to client sites or events.
- Adaptability and problem-solving in high-pressure situations.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
