Sales Executive – New & Existing Accounts

Our client, a dynamic technology‑led print and innovations company seeks a proven sales professional able to engage at all levels to develop and sustain a customer base within the Milton Keynes area. The successful candidate will support existing accounts while building new business and delivering a comprehensive portfolio of capabilities.

• Generate and qualify leads
• Source and develop client referrals
• Prepare sales action plans and strategies
• Schedule sales activity
• Develop and maintain a customer database using the corporate CRM tool
• Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials (alongside Marketing)
• Make sales calls to new and existing clients
• Develop and deliver presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
• Develop sales proposals
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
• Respond to sales enquiries and concerns by phone, email or in person
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
• Follow up on sales activity
• Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management (MIR)
• Participate in sales events
• Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development

• Knowledge of relevant computer applications (MS Word)
• Knowledge of principles and practices of sales
• Knowledge of customer service principles
• Knowledge of basic business principles
• Experience in direct sales – preferably within print and/or associated market place
• Experience in making presentations
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets
