Business Development Manager - Fire & Security (Scotland)
£35,000-£40,000 Basic (depending on experience) + Uncapped Commission (OTE £65,000-£85,000+ | Top Performers £100k+)
We're expanding our sales team and are looking to add an experienced Business Development Manager to support continued growth across Scotland.
This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to take ownership of your own territory and build a strong pipeline within an established and growing fire and security business.
The Opportunity- Join a growing business as part of an expanding sales team
- Take ownership of your own territory and pipeline
- Freedom to approach the market in your own way
- Sell established fire and security solutions into a strong and active market
- Uncapped earning potential with realistic, achievable targets
- Building and developing your own pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and self-generated opportunities
- Identifying and engaging key decision-makers across your territory
- Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through to close
- Delivering tailored proposals and winning new business
- Maintaining a consistent, high-quality pipeline
- Managing activity and performance through CRM
- £35,000-£40,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
- Uncapped commission (4% of all revenue generated)
- Realistic OTE £65,000-£85,000+
- Top performers earning £100k+

- Proven track record in new business B2B sales
- Experience in fire & security or a related industry (e.g. facilities management, telecoms, technical services)
- Demonstrated success in self-generating opportunities and closing deals
- Confident in opening new doors and building relationships from scratch
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify opportunities
- Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven
- Full UK driving licence
