Connect Appointments is recruiting a Business Development Manager to join our Hamilton branch. With over 25 years in business, six offices across Scotland and England and multiple specialist divisions, we're one of Scotland's most established independent recruitment agencies.

We're still growing and we need someone like you to help us win new clients, opening new sectors and expanding our reach across the country.

Full-time permanent position
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm with occasional flexibility required
£30,000 basic salary with OTE of up to £45,000

As a Business Development Manager, your duties will include:

Winning new B2B business and acquiring direct clients across a range of sectors
Conducting targeted outbound sales activity and generating new leads
Nurturing existing client relationships and business partnerships
Representing Connect Appointments at client meetings and industry events
Working closely with branch teams to drive revenue and engagement
Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date contact database

To be considered as a Business Development Manager, you will need:

A proven track record in B2B sales or business development
A self-motivated, organised and goal-oriented approach
Strong relationship-building skills and a genuine ability to connect with people
The ability to analyse data and turn it into actionable insight
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential
