Connect Appointments is recruiting a B2B Sales Consultant to join our growing Hamilton branch.

Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
Salary of £30,000 per annum
OTE of £36,000

As a B2B Sales Consultant, your duties will include:

Making high volumes of outbound calls to introduce our recruitment services
Identifying and engaging with decision-makers across a range of industries
Generating new business opportunities and booking appointments with prospective clients
Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
Understanding client's recruitment needs and providing suitable solutions

To be considered as a B2B Sales Consultant, you will need:

A confident, motivated and target-driven approach to sales
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
Previous experience in a telephone-based sales or business development role is advantageous
The resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, results-focused environment
