UKG is seeking an experienced end-to-end sales professional to drive new business in the UK&I market for our Cloud solutions. You will manage outbound prospecting, inbound inquiries, negotiations, and deal closure across 500–2500 employee clients, with a 3–12 month sales cycle.
You'll communicate the UKG value proposition by phone, web, email and face-to-face meetings, build trusted relationships, navigate complex stakeholder maps, and travel as needed to close opportunities.
