Brandon Gate, Hamilton

Hours:

14 hours per week, fixed term until 31 March 2027

Work Pattern: to be discussed at interview

Salary: £13,387 – £13,759 per year

Responsibilities
  • Deliver a wide range of housing services to customers, including homelessness, allocations, estate management, rent recovery and dealing with anti‑social behaviour.
  • Handle a reactive caseload, manage and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Respond and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a quality service.
  • Communicate and liaise effectively with a variety of agencies.
Qualifications
  • Experience working within a housing‑related environment.
  • Knowledge of current issues and legislation in relation to homelessness, allocations, estate management, rent recovery and anti‑social behaviour.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with a variety of agencies.
