Location: Council Headquarters, Hamilton
Hours: 35hrs per week, permanent
Work Pattern: Monday - Thursday 8.45am - 4.45pm, Friday 8.45am - 4.15pm
Salary / Hourly Rate: £42,228 - £43,158, £23.14 - £23.65 per hour

The aim of Social Work Resources is to promote social welfare and provide effective care and support to meet the needs of vulnerable people in South Lanarkshire.

We are looking for a motivated and analytical candidates to join our Social Work Resources team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping high‑quality Care at Home services that support people across South Lanarkshire to live independently and safely.

In this role, you will work at the heart of service delivery, ensuring commissioned care services are effective, sustainable, and deliver positive outcomes for individuals and their carers.

There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the Organisation by focussing on:

  • Monitoring provider performance and analysing service quality

  • Supporting contract management and compliance

  • Producing insightful reports to inform planning and decision-making

  • Working collaboratively with providers and stakeholders

  • Driving continuous improvement across services

The post holder will be expected to demonstrate a commitment to high-quality service delivery, contributing to continuous improvement for the benefit of both the Service and the wider Organisation.
