Role
FLT Counterbalance Driver / Yard Operator
Location:
G71
Hours:
Monday to Friday, Dayshift
Salary: £13.50ph to £14ph depending on experience - paid weekly
Responsibilities- Loading and unloading building materials safely and efficiently
- Serving customers in the yard and assisting with queries
- Picking and preparing customer orders
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe yard environment
- Assisting delivery drivers as required
- Following all health & safety procedures
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Good timekeeping and reliability
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Previous experience in a builders' merchant or similar environment preferred but not essential
- Forklift licence (counterbalance) and Side loader experience
- Competitive pay
