Key Responsibilities- Assist physical, occupational, and/or speech therapists during treatment sessions
- Help patients with therapeutic exercises and mobility activities
- Prepare and clean treatment areas and equipment
- Transport patients safely to and from therapy sessions
- Observe and report patient progress or concerns to therapy staff
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe rehab environment
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and families
- CNA license preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CPR/BLS certification (required or willingness to obtain)
- Prior experience in a rehab, healthcare, or patient care setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, transfer, and assist patients safely
- Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
