Overview
We have partnered with our client, a reputable law firm, in their search for a highly skilled Personal Injury Paralegal
. This role requires an organized, detail?oriented professional who can manage a broad range of responsibilities across case preparation, investigation, client communication, and litigation support. The ideal candidate brings strong writing skills, the ability to work independently, and a solid understanding of personal injury case workflows.
- Support case investigations by identifying at?fault parties and assessing liability.
- Communicate directly with clients to gather details on injuries, treatment updates, and financial losses.
- Obtain, review, and organize medical records, bills, and supporting documentation for damages claims.
- Evaluate applicable insurance coverage and identify potential liens.
- Draft demand letters, legal correspondence, and various case documents with strong attention to detail.
- Prepare cases for settlement, litigation, and trial, including developing exhibits and visual aids.
- Draft and respond to discovery requests, pleadings, and procedural motions.
- Conduct legal research and manage all case timelines, calendars, and procedural deadlines.
- Maintain professional communication with clients, opposing counsel, providers, and third parties.
- Perform accurate data entry and case management in File Vine.
Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a high?volume caseload.
- Excellent writing, organization, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast?paced environment.
- Associate's Degree, Bachelor s Degree, or Paralegal Certificate required.
- 3-5 years of personal injury paralegal experience strongly preferred; senior candidates considered on a case?by?case basis.
