Overview

We have partnered with our client, a reputable law firm, in their search for a highly skilled Personal Injury Paralegal
. This role requires an organized, detail?oriented professional who can manage a broad range of responsibilities across case preparation, investigation, client communication, and litigation support. The ideal candidate brings strong writing skills, the ability to work independently, and a solid understanding of personal injury case workflows.

• Support case investigations by identifying at?fault parties and assessing liability.
• Communicate directly with clients to gather details on injuries, treatment updates, and financial losses.
• Obtain, review, and organize medical records, bills, and supporting documentation for damages claims.
• Evaluate applicable insurance coverage and identify potential liens.
• Draft demand letters, legal correspondence, and various case documents with strong attention to detail.
• Prepare cases for settlement, litigation, and trial, including developing exhibits and visual aids.
• Draft and respond to discovery requests, pleadings, and procedural motions.
• Conduct legal research and manage all case timelines, calendars, and procedural deadlines.
• Maintain professional communication with clients, opposing counsel, providers, and third parties.
• Perform accurate data entry and case management in File Vine.

• Ability to work autonomously and manage a high?volume caseload.
• Excellent writing, organization, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast?paced environment.

• Associate's Degree, Bachelor s Degree, or Paralegal Certificate required.
• 3-5 years of personal injury paralegal experience strongly preferred; senior candidates considered on a case?by?case basis.
