Production Manager
Overview
The Materials Supervisor will assist the Manager in overseeing the intake and distribution of all components and materials used by organizations. The Supervisor is responsible for evaluating requests and needs for raw materials, semi-finished goods, finished goods, and outside services with the appropriate department or individuals and overseeing the completion of these tasks.
Responsibilities- Providing direction and leadership by working with the purchasing/shipping/receiving teams.
- Communicating the purchasing status and information in building and materials, parts, and services.
- Modify processes and procedures for shipping, receiving, transport, and inventory control.
- Document and analyze all material's quality, movement, and use.
- Work together with other managers and unit heads within the company to determine the company s supply needs.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and turnover to allow production.
- Ensure that inventory is available and distributed across the organization to meet performance goals.
- Following up with suppliers.
- Ensuring project schedules and quality standards are met.
- Communicating and collaborating with internal teams.
- Responsible for making sure that the following KPI s are met; O.T.D., Stock in Days and Year
- End Inventory. - Act as a backup for the Scheduling Team so there isn’t a gap in information and shop orders for internal and external customers.

- Previous experience working in a mid-level production industrial manufacturing environment.
- Must possess excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

A generous salary of $70,000 - $80,000 plus bonus, 401k, PTO, and healthcare benefits package will be provided.
