Job Overview
Brookdale is seeking an LPN or LVN for a part‑time shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM). The role supports residents' physical, social, and psychological well‑being and administers medication within the licensed scope of practice. - Assist in maintaining a physical, social, and psychological environment in the best interest of residents.
- Monitor care of residents according to treatment plans prescribed by a physician and document responses to care plans.
- Administer medications, ensure cleanliness and security of medication supply rooms, and follow company systems, procedures, and processes.
- Maintain compliance with state regulations.
- LPN or LVN license required per state regulations.
- Experience in nursing or similar care setting is preferred.
