SummaryProvide transportation to patients admitted in the Princeton House outpatient program across all outpatient sites. Provide courier service as requested by supervisor. Work with outpatient fleet; primary location and routes vary based on needs. Non-clinical role; provide non-direct care services to children, adolescents and adults.
Responsibilities- Provide timely transportation to patients admitted in outpatient programs.
- Operate vehicle safely and adhere to all applicable motor vehicle transportation laws.
- Provide courier service as requested.
- Assist patients in and out of vehicle as necessary.
- Report any patient or transportation incidents to supervisor.
- Maintain daily transportation log via Mediroutes scheduling system.
- Ensure daily maintenance of ride confirmations to facilitate billing reimbursement.
- Depart for assigned “runs” at specified times.
- Support customer service by maintaining professional and friendly presentation at all times.
- Maintain clean uniform and vehicle appearance.
- Meet performance improvement goals of the department.
- Collaborate with caregivers and staff to enhance patient service.
- Maintain confidentiality standards.
- Participate in unit compliance and attend department meetings as requested.
- Assist with general office functions or related tasks as requested by management.
- Valid driver's license in good standing in employee’s state of residence.
- Good standing with the State of New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission (no combination of three moving violations and/or at fault crashes in previous 36 months).
- Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Passenger endorsement (Class
C). - Meet all Motor Vehicle CDL pre‑employment requirements.
- Drug screening required pre‑employment and annual random alcohol and drug screens.
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- Equivalent experience: at least five years of service to youth.
- Minimum age 21.

SalarySalary Range: $17.38 – $23.98 per hour. Successful candidates receive a specific rate based on experience and education.
