In-Home Therapist - Hamilton Children's Services

*$5,000 RETENTION BONUS* The employee will receive half after completing 6 months of employment and the remaining half after 1 year of employment.

The therapist is responsible for visiting clients in their home and/or community setting, developing a systematic written case plan, establishing links between the consumer and service providers, and completing appropriate and timely documentation. This position will be discussed in more depth during the interview.

• A master's degree in psychology, counseling, or social work that includes an internship and 1-3+ years of experience.
• Current/Valid non-expired driver's license; you will drive on behalf of the center. To meet driving qualifications, you must be minimum of 21 and have an insurable driving record.
• Social security card.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and type 40+ wpm.
• Orientation is required for employment. There are 5 days of paid orientation held Monday-Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Starting Salary: Salary will be discussed at the interview.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., will have after-hours appointment availability, including weekend crisis.
