Non‑exempt.

Under general supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team, and perform quality work at a fast‑moving and consistent manner.

• Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned.
• Keeps area neat and clean.
• Read and use a tape measure.
• Read blueprints and orders.
• Communicate well with coworkers.
• Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools.

• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to work quickly and methodically.
• Understand safety procedures.
• Good teamwork skills.
• Live the Champion Operating Principles.

• Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing desired.
• Must be able to pass a 7‑Panel Drug Screen.
