The RN will complete assessments, develop and update care plans, administer medications and treatments, manage symptoms, and educate patients and families on disease processes and comfort measures. Working within an interdisciplinary team, the RN coordinates with physicians, social workers, and chaplains to support physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, ensuring dignity and respect at end of life.
