American Traveler is hiring an RN for an Emergency Department position at a Critical Access Hospital, requiring an MT or compact license and at least 2 years of experience.
Details- Critical Access Hospital Emergency Department setting
- Treats patients across all age groups and varying acuities
- Shifts and schedule vary and include some night shifts
- Active MT or compact RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- TNCC or ATCN, ENPC or PALS, and NIHSS certifications preferred
- Provide professional nursing care to patients across the age spectrum and varying acuities
- Evaluate the nursing process and document findings in the EMR
- Direct patient care activities and collaborate with ancillary staff
- Communicate with providers and co-workers regarding patient conditions
