- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and manage resources to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate submittal logs, project schedules, reports, and documentation.
- Provide regular project status updates to leadership and clients.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, including proper team training and equipment.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- 7-10 years of construction project management experience.
- Strong understanding of construction practices, processes, and standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to changing project needs, and maintain quality.
