The Client Onboarding and Services Associate is responsible for executing day-to-day operational tasks related to client onboarding and servicing, including account approvals, maintenance requests, and other processing activities with accuracy and timeliness. This role requires strict adherence to established workflows and compliance standards while prioritizing assigned tasks and supporting the team during high-volume periods. We’re looking for a proactive professional with exceptional problem-solving and data analysis skills and a passion for identifying automation opportunities to drive efficiency and innovation.
Responsibilities- Responsible for reviewing client profile information from multiple sources and perform Business Process Manager document review, validation & retention for account review and maintenance items necessary to maintain customer records “in good order.”
- Subject Matter Expert on Rockefeller Platform applications including Wealthscape, BPM, Service Center, UAO, Envestnet, AOA, ASA, Docu Pace.
- Provide training expertise on all operational aspects of new account opening and maintenance.
- Support onboarding events of Private Advisor teams.
- Facilitate the processing of strategy modifications and act as liaison between the third-party manager and advisor team for all Envestnet service requests.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the client advisory and custodians alike regarding administrative issues surrounding account activity.
- Handle various administrative functions that support the Investment and Compliance department.
- Proactively seek pit and drive process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field.
- 5 years of experience in equity settlements or in back‑office operations.
- Familiarity with financial systems a plus. i.e. Bloomberg, Omgeo, CRM systems, Online Portals, Performance Reporting.
- Experience on various custodial platforms a plus.
- Some experience with Python and other programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, C++) a plus. Some familiarity with data storage technologies like SQL or Cosmos DB, and exposure to AI tools such as Document Intelligence or coding assistants a plus.
- Individual should be equally proficient working in a team environment or as an individual contributor.
- Should be goal driven with team success as a priority.
- Eager to learn, work with a sense of urgency, multi‑tasking, willing to work extended hours and flexible to change.
- Individual must be extremely thorough, detail‑oriented, organized, able to learn quickly and handle volume under pressure.
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $80,000 to $90,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
