Financial Processing Associate
Location:Hamilton, NJ, Onsite
Pay Rate:$20.00
Employment Type:Full-Time
Shift Information:Monday
- Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Processing Associate to join our team in Hamilton, NJ. This position is responsible for supporting various financial and payment processing functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and quality in all transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, experience working with financial information, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Process direct deposits and related correspondence.
- Perform financial adjustments and account updates.
- Process customer refunds accurately and efficiently.
- Research, identify, and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Review transactions for accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and audits.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Enter and update financial data in company systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of transactions.
- Minimum of 2 years of data entry, financial processing, administrative support, or related experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
- Strong computer and keyboarding skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
