Associate Director, NPPA Thought Leader Liaison, responsible for developing strategic, compliant relationships with Dermatology Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants across the US. Objectives include enhancing engagement, identifying emerging APP leaders, supporting educational initiatives, and generating insights to inform brand strategies.

- Representing the organization at industry conferences
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Advanced clinical or relevant graduate degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of clinical dermatology experience as an NP or PA strongly preferred
- Clinical expertise in dermatology
- Relationship-building with senior healthcare professionals
- Excellent communication
- Ability to synthesize clinical insights into strategic recommendations
Travel is extensive (50-75%) including major medical congresses; valid U.S. driver’s license required.
Additional Requirements- Role focused on dermatology, APP engagement, thought leader development, educational initiatives, and external relationship management
- Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech fields, prior speaker or educational program support, and familiarity with dermatology professional organizations are advantageous
