Step Ahead ABA is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home direct therapy under BCBA supervision in Burlington, NC. The role offers afternoons/evenings Mon–Fri with flexible scheduling.
You’ll deliver 97153 therapy per the client’s plan, collect session data, and participate in supervision and ongoing training. Competitive pay starts at $23/hour, with non-billable time paid at $10/hour.
