Ozhean Zoey Medical & Aesthetic Clinic and Oz Aesthetic Medspa sit side by side at Triple One Somerset. Both are part of the Ozhean Group, which runs 16 aesthetic centres across Singapore, Malaysia and Korea. Ozhean Zoey has received a Merz award three years running, and Oz Aesthetic Medspa brings Korean-inspired skin treatments to a boutique setting.
We have separated sales from operations. Our Sales Manager owns revenue. You'll own everything that makes both businesses run well: people, processes, standards and patient experience. This is not a personal sales-target role.
What you'll doLead day-to-day operations across the clinic and medspa: rostering, workflow, inventory, vendors and facilities
Lead, coach and retain our therapists, clinic assistants and front-desk team
Set and maintain SOPs, service standards and HCSA/MOH compliance, keeping both sites audit-ready
Run clear team communication: daily huddles, weekly one-to-ones, and early escalation of issues
Work closely with the Sales Manager so operations support patient conversion and retention
Track and report operational performance to GM: utilisation, staff retention, patient feedback and cost control
Resolve patient complaints and service issues professionally and promptly
Have at least 3 years leading a frontline team of 8 or more in aesthetics, healthcare, premium beauty or hospitality
Communicate clearly and calmly, in writing and in person, and confirm understanding before acting
Have rebuilt trust or morale in a team before
Are firm on standards and fair in how you apply them
Are highly organised, comfortable with data, and quick to learn booking and clinic systems
Know Singapore healthcare regulations such as HCSA (a plus, not required)
S $5,000–6,500 basic plus performance bonus
Direct reporting line to GM, with real authority over operations
44-hour work week
