Accela Post Acute Care is seeking dedicated Evening Shift CNAs to join our nursing team and provide exceptional care to our residents.
Our CNAs play an essential role in creating a comfortable, safe, and supportive environment where residents feel respected, valued, and cared for. If you're passionate about helping others and enjoy working as part of a team, we'd love to meet you!
Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
Assist residents with transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and mobility.
Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.
Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the nursing team.
Take and document vital signs as assigned.
Help residents prepare for evening routines and bedtime while maintaining their comfort and dignity.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.
Follow infection-control procedures and all facility policies.
Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and fellow CNAs to ensure consistent, high-quality resident care.
Build positive relationships with residents and their families through patience, kindness, and respect.
Current, valid CNA certification required for the state of employment.
A compassionate attitude and genuine desire to care for others.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
Ability to follow instructions and maintain accurate documentation.
Commitment to resident safety, dignity, and quality care.
