Account Executive

We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to play a key role in driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships. In this role, you will manage the sales process from prospecting and lead qualification through to negotiations and closing deals. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to take ownership of a sales pipeline, build meaningful relationships with potential clients, and drive business growth in a fast-paced, international environment.

• Manage qualified sales opportunities from initial discovery through negotiation and deal closure.
• Lead effective discovery calls to understand prospects’ needs, challenges, budgets, and purchasing motivations.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and closing conversations.
• Communicate product value clearly and demonstrate ROI to potential customers.
• Address objections related to pricing, timing, competitors, and the decision-making process with confidence.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups and keep opportunities progressing throughout the sales cycle.
• Negotiate commercial terms and work toward achieving revenue goals.
• Keep CRM records up to date, including pipeline activity, sales opportunities, and customer information.
• Partner with SDRs, marketing, customer success, and other internal teams to support the sales process.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales quotas and revenue targets.
• Identify ways to improve conversion rates, streamline sales processes, and enhance overall performance.

• 3+ years of professional sales experience, preferably in an Account Executive, Sales Executive, Business Development, or closing-focused role.
• Demonstrated experience in high-ticket sales and successfully closing deals.
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong skills in discovery, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
• Excellent spoken and written English, with confident client-facing communication skills.
• Comfortable engaging prospects through video calls, phone calls, email, and other remote communication channels.
• Experience managing sales pipelines and working with CRM platforms.
• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to communicate value and ROI rather than competing on price alone.
• Self-driven, accountable, and motivated to achieve ambitious revenue goals.
• Previous experience in Tech, SaaS, software, or other B2B technology sectors is preferred.
