Rockefeller Capital Management is seeking an Application Developer to join our Client Solutions & Business Services team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong technical foundation and a passion for learning emerging technologies. You will contribute to building and enhancing applications that support our business operations and client solutions, leveraging modern development practices and AI-driven tools.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain applications using React, Typescript, C# and .NET frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Design and coding patterns.
- Work with cloud platforms such as Azure (preferred), AWS, or similar services.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure quality and reliability.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute innovative ideas to improve systems.
- Implement and integrate AI tools, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
- Explore and apply RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) design patterns where applicable.
- 1–3 years of professional experience in application development or related projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Hands‑on experience with React, Typescript, C# and .NET development (required).
- Familiarity with AI concepts, including LLMs, prompt writing, and agentic workflows.
- Understanding of RAG design patterns (preferred).
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure strongly preferred; AWS or others acceptable).
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies—we value attitude and curiosity over expertise.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $80,000 to $95,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
