The Warehouse Associate is responsible for carrying out the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, including, but not limited to, processing incoming and outgoing shipments, tracking and auditing inventory, stocking shelves, and performing general warehouse maintenance tasks.

• Receives all incoming shipments to resolve all discrepancies between packing slips and actual receipts.
• Prepares daily outbound shipments.
• Stocks all inbound shipments.
• Processes and selects all orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assists with daily inventory cycle counts and company-wide physical inventories.
• Oversees inventory warehouse orders, shipments, transfers to accounts, and overstock returns.
• Creates and manages vendor purchase orders, monitors order status, and coordinates with suppliers to maintain appropriate inventory levels and support operational needs.
• Oversees warehouse supply inventory and replenishment activities, ensuring business continuity working with the Inventory Control Manager on controlling c-osts.
• Develops and maintains working knowledge of current products and services offered by Enovis.
• Acquires a basic understanding of the field to include regulatory compliance issues and adheres to these guidelines.
• Demonstrates commitment to the Compliance & Ethics Program, the Enovis Code of Conduct, the Enovis Sales and Marketing Code of Conduct, the Adva Med Code of Ethics, and all supporting and applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.

• Minimum 2-4 years of warehouse logistics and/or inventory management experience required.
• Experience providing operational support to a commercial sales team required.
• Experience with TIMS or comparable data ordering system strongly preferred.
• Experience with cloud order management system strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

This position does not require travel.

Typical warehouse environment.

• Must frequently lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
• Regularly required to stand; walk and talk or hear.
• Frequently required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Deskwork requiring sitting, walking, using phone and computer.
