Office Administrator/ Coordinator
The Safety & Office Coordinator supports our manufacturing and warehouse facility in Hamilton, Ohio. The position reports to the Ohio Plant Manager and takes direction on all safety matters from our EHS Leader, who is based in New York. On the safety side, you keep the program organized and moving: inspections, training records, safety files, incident documentation, and corrective-action follow-up. The safety work is coordination and recordkeeping, not engineering;
technical assessments and regulatory determinations stay with the EHS Leader and other qualified personnel. On the office side, you handle the shipping, billing, and customer service administration that keeps orders moving out the door. Office administration is the larger share of a typical day, so you need to be as comfortable billing an order as you are walking the floor.
This is a good fit for someone who has supported a safety program in a plant or warehouse, is organized and accurate, and wants real ownership of the details.
