Grand Lake Physician Practice Secretary; Casual

• Casual employment working as needed based on departmental needs.
• Pool Staff hours are Monday - Friday.
• 1st shift hours. No Weekends or Holidays Required

• Works under the supervision of the Practice Manager/Coordinator.
• Is responsible for being able to multitask all clerical activities.
• Public/guest relations and communications are key components of the job.
• Acts as the focus of communication in the work area regarding all staff, providers, and patient care activities, family, etc.
• Performs clerical, registration, and scheduling duties for a full range of patient services.
• Performs other duties to assist manager, coordinator, co-workers, and providers.

• Good interpersonal skills in dealing with patients, families, and co-workers.
• Flexibility in scheduling to meet department needs.

• High School education required. Advanced education may be required for specific job modalities.

• Medical office experience preferred; customer service experience required.
