Mercedes-Benz of West Chester invites an experienced collision technician to join the high‑volume service team at this state‑of‑the‑art, climate‑controlled facility certified by Rivian.

Base pay: $120,000 per year. Production bonuses enhance earnings potential.

• Perform collision repairs according to manufacturer specifications and company standards with efficiency and accuracy.
• Communicate with parts department to obtain necessary parts.
• Document all work performed on the repair order.
• Road test vehicles when required or refer to the test technician.
• Maintain shop area neat and clean.
• Supervise work of apprentices as assigned.
• Maintain and account for all dealership‑owned tools and manuals.
• Comply with all laws, regulations, and company policies concerning safety, hazardous materials, and environmental protection.
• Report machinery defects, malfunctions, or safety issues to management immediately.

• Minimum 5 years of collision repair experience on commercial vehicles.
• ASE certification (or equivalent collision/repair certification) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of collision repair, body mechanics, and electrical systems.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
