A leading dealership in the Cincinnati area is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor / Writer to start immediately. • Write service repair orders and ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous service
• Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and costs; including special promotions
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, service and repairs
• Follow the status of a customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work
• Keep customers informed of any changes that occur
• Upon completion of work, review work order with customer
• Provide a completely satisfied customer experience

• At least 1 year’s Automotive Service Advisor and/or dealership experience required
• Fantastic customer service and communication skills
• Friendly personality
• Time-management skills
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance and a positive attitude
• Team-oriented and self-motivated
• Strong computer skills
• Good multitasking and organizational skills
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background check and MVR.
• We are a DRUG free employer and a pre-employments test is required
• CDK experience helpful
