Wellness Center Front Desk Associate

Community First Solutions is seeking a Wellness Center Front Desk Associate to support daily operations at our Berkeley Square campus in Hamilton, Ohio. In this role, you’ll help create a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment by delivering exceptional customer service, assisting members with programs and services, and supporting wellness activities that enhance quality of life.

This position is ideal for someone who is friendly, organized, service-driven, and passionate about wellness and community connection.

Compensation: $14–$17 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Full Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM |
No weekends, no holidays!

Location: Berkeley Square: 100 Berkeley Dr, Hamilton, OH 45013

• Prior experience in customer service, wellness, hospitality, or working with seniors preferred
• Friendly, professional, and approachable with a genuine desire to help others
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Interest in wellness, fitness, or healthy lifestyles
• Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, data entry)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light lifting and equipment setup
• Physical ability to demonstrate basic exercises and use weight machines
• 18 years of age or older, or high school graduate
