Educational Assistant (full-time) – Crossroads Middle

Looking for a full-time day schedule with no weekends or evenings? Enjoy working with students with special needs? Wanting to be off in the summers and holidays? Come work with a great special education team!

Under the direction of the special education teacher or designee, this person assists in the supervision, care and instruction of high school students on an Individual Education Program (IEP). Accompanies students with disabilities into general education settings and/or resource room settings and assists with tasks. Seven (7) hours per day.

• Beginning hourly rate: $16.37/hour and up, commensurate with related experience.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Apply for and maintain a valid Educational Aide Permit from the Ohio Department of Education (ODE). The HR office can assist with the short application process.
