Infant Lead Teacher

Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $18.00/hr

• Coordinate daily operations of assigned classes.
• Plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities in a safe environment.
• Work directly with children and parents daily to provide quality customer service.
• Collaborate with other teachers to develop engaging curriculum and creative ideas.
• Communicate with parents daily through mobile apps and personal discussions.
• Engage with childcare professionals and continue professional growth.

• Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education, related field, or Child Development Associate (CDA).
• 1-2 years of previous experience preferred.
• Completed state-required pre-service training.
• Develop relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and faculty.
• Calmly address stressful situations professionally while multitasking to ensure smooth operations.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. during handling of children and program facilitation; infant and toddler teachers must lift infants into and out of a crib.
• Meets background check eligibility.
