One position available – seven (7) hours per day. Under the direction of the Principal or designee, this employee assists in the supervision, care and instruction of students in grades K-5 by monitoring student behavior, performing classroom tasks, providing information to appropriate school personnel, and assisting students on an Individual Education Program (IEP). Assist students in the social communications or multiple disabilities classroom.

Beginning hourly rate: $16.99/hour and up, commensurate with related experience for regular employment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Apply for and maintain an Educational Aide Permit from the Ohio Department of Education (ODE) and meet one of the following criteria: (1) hold an Associate’s degree or higher, (2) have taken forty-eight semester hours of college coursework, or (3) take a Paraprofessional exam.
