Preschool Teacher - Part Time

Community First Solutions is seeking a Preschool Teacher to join our team at the Colonial School in Hamilton, Ohio. In this role, you’ll help create a positive, engaging, and enriching atmosphere where children can develop socially, emotionally, and intellectually through play and guided learning.

This position is ideal for someone who is caring, patient, team-oriented, and passionate about early childhood education.

Compensation: $14 per hour

Schedule: Part Time | Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM–5:30 PM

Location: Colonial School - 855 Stahlheber Rd, Hamilton, OH 45013

• Prior experience working with children or in an educational or childcare setting preferred.
• High school diploma plus 45 in-service hours in Early Childhood Development over a three-year period.
• Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
• Caring, patient, and nurturing with a genuine love for working with children.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teachers and families.
• Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a classroom environment.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and participate in ongoing training.
• Completion of 10 hours of approved Step Up To Quality training annually.
• Ability to follow ODJFS licensing rules and school guidelines.
• Child Development (CD) classes must be renewed every 3 years.
