Long Term Substitute Teacher - Guidance Counselor 1 FTE

To enable the school district to provide quality education for all children. Must possess a Bachelor degree and a valid Ohio teaching certificate/license. Must meet Highly Qualified Status criteria. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access), etc. to maintain various records, documents and reports.

Appropriate K-12 Guidance Counselor Licensure.

Vacancies occurring after July 1st will be posted and regularly contracted members may apply for these vacancies but will no longer be given preference. External candidates hired during this time will be hired on an expiring contract as a one (1) year Long Term Substitute. Applicants that are offered positions shall be required to submit to an FBI/BCII criminal background check. Failure to satisfactorily pass the criminal background check based on the discretion of the Board of Education will preclude an individual from employment with the district.
