Job Description

This role provides problem‑solving leadership at key suppliers to drive improvement in the flow of material and support OE and MRO delivery targets. It serves as the connection and interface between Engineering, Supply Chain, the Airframer, and customer‑facing organizations focused on product and manufacturing readiness, execution, and delivery. The role includes customer management and requires an ability to interface with customers up to the Executive level as necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Highly involved with customers.
  • Lead problem solving using FLIGHT DECK at key suppliers to drive improvement on the flow of material.
  • Engage in discussions with other disciplines regarding future developments and their consequences for the business unit.
  • Major contribution to the strategic plan of the higher unit.
  • Present business solutions (EB, GM) on production plans and strategies to leadership to achieve business and customer targets.
  • Work with cross‑business teams and key clients to ensure product delivery and planning (Supply Chain, ATMRO, Fulfillment, Shops/Sources, Quality, Finance).
  • Engage in complex long‑term processes with Airframers.
  • Contribute to the development of a business plan for the product line through long‑term production planning and near‑term production requirements.
  • Act as focal point and interface between project organization / program managers and supply chain to execute part flow, supporting engine & MRO delivery.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer‑facing, supply chain, or engineering roles.

  • Demonstrated deployment of FLIGHT DECK to problem‑solve.

  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures.
  • Established project management skills.
