Senior Staff Engineer – HPT Module Integration Leader, LM9000

Job Summary:

High Pressure Turbine (HPT) Module Integration Leader supporting the LM9000 program, reporting to the LM9000 Engineering Program Leader. Lead systems engineering, integration, validation, and configuration management for HPT components and subsystems.

• Conduct component and product integration with cross‑component interfaces.
• Manage product and systems requirements, specifications, and flow down.
• Drive validation and verification activities, including system level testing.
• Define product requirements for module, component, subcontractors, and partner teams.
• Drive CTQ / risk trades, manage configuration control, and oversee configuration system.
• Lead functional teams or projects, influence policy formulation and resource control.
• Apply Flight Deck principles and tools to optimize execution.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 8 years of applicable engineering experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; U.S. work visa sponsorship not available.
• U.S. export‑controlled information access; applicant must meet U.S. Person status.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated problem analysis and resolution.
• Program and project leadership experience.
• Project management skills and experience designing and manufacturing HPT components and subsystems.
